Last night I finished “The Alchemist” by Paulo Coehlo. I know this is a pretty popular read, so I won't go into too much explaining.
I gotta say though I'm not sure what all the hype was about. Sure it was a good book, but what determines a good book from a great book.
Anyway, the message I got out of this one is that when we realize what our purpose is in life there will be signs helping usguide the way to achieve it. If it is your true Personal Legend, nature will make sure you accomplish it.
I'm wondering what it feels like when you realize your purpose. Is there a feeling in your gut? Or a shift in your brain? Like how do you know without a shadow of a doubt. Because the boy had to be pretty sure of the treasure to risk his life multiple times.
I hope I'll get that feeling one day when you just know. You won't have to question anything; it just feels solid and you have 100% faith in it.
All in all I’d rate it 7 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It taught me something, which is always a plus. But the storyline could have been more interesting
